Zipangu Restaurant, shangrila Hotel, KL

The last picture was the finale of the set menu, costing Rm160, before discount, with steak, eel, chicken, squid, friend rice, vegetables, and fried rice. We were too satiated for the fried rice, and the appetiser, and asked to wrapped home for next day’s breakfast.

It was the Muslim Fasting Month. These days, the well afford Malays “break fast ” in Restaurants, rather than at home. Even the ordinary folks, break fast in local stores. Co-incidentally, also the month of moon cake festivals.
We went for dinner, since my 50% discount for two still applies until end of September, 2013.

      gastronomic delight is part of life, goes well with beer, or wine, and poetry. I take less rice (only low glycemic index), more protein, exercise and loss weight.
