KOREAN BBQ RESTAURANT, SETIA ALAM, Malaysia.
We were invited by my sister to this Korean restaurant near my current residence. We did not book in advance. We were given a table near the kitchen, and on a hot evening, the heat was not bearable for some guests. After complaint, the boss lady opened up her air conditioned private room for us. She wore a smiling face all the time and the service in the restaurant was courteous and good. I had her permission to take my photo with her, and to write as I fancy.
We were surprised that the appetiser were fairly good, and served, at no extra charges, as requested. The barley tea was Rm 1, and endless refill. The Korean rice wine was Rm25 per bottle, but I still preferred my blended whisky without corkage. We ordered set menu, with lamb, chicken, duck, pork BBQ at Rm 350 for seven. The meat was not marinated, and it was fairly delicious, wrapped up with salads, onions, chilli and sauce. It was a good evening out with family members on a hot day.
