innocence lost as they grow

My grandchildren joined their peers in “flying fox” game. They all queued for their turn. The three year-old cried when requested to go home. The elder boy and the rest allowed him to jump queue. This was in marked contrast to the familiar drama and manipulations put up by politicians or leaders in later lives.
