Madam Lui May Ling, Toronto, re-translated my English translation of Tang Poetry back to Chinese. Please accept the second translation in the spirit of playfulness, and it  also imply different understanding and interpretation of the same poem.

BREAKING OF DAWN IN SPRING

黎明破晓在春天

 Advent of Spring, dawn breaks, sleeps unaware;

春天降临,黎明破晓,沉睡無知覺;

The chirping of birds are heard everywhere.

處處鳥鳴吱吱喳喳聲。

Sounds of wind and rain as the night glow;

風吹雨灑音調好如夜閃光;

When petals fall, do flowers more or less know.

花瓣凋落時,花兒真正知多少.
