MORNING HEAT

   ( 朝熱 )

 

bright sunny morning

朝陽的光亮

brief dawn, heat shivers landscape

晨短, 園林熱發抖

shadows lurk below

影子潛下面

 

 

MALAYSIAN TANKA ECHOES 34:

 

EXCUSES

 (辩解)

 

drizzle in morning

朝上毛毛雨

excuses to stay in bed

呆在床上的藉口

skip walk for a day

跳過步一天

mobility is treasured

活動性是珍惜的

hasten everlasting sleep

加速持續的睡眠

        Thank you for everything. My husband is improving daily. An injury like this takes time to heal. Once again, patience is needed, that, and appreciation of nature working at her own pace, not ours. Valuable things come along with the not-so-desired events, we look for these.
