MALAYSIAN HAIKU ECHOES 193: MIXED MELTING POT

MALAYSIAN HAIKU ECHOES 193: MIXED MELTING POT

fiery fuming fire

my doom blame on your boom

inflame, choke or act

open your windows

fresh air to ventilate rooms

gush of hope hanging

neither charred nor burn

potpourri to suit palate

dominance kills taste

chef concur spices

enriched cuisine or stale food

cater all clients

Note:

I wrote this on the bus, while travelling back home from Singapore. The nostalgia of food prompted the long run of haiku. There is hope that my enriched cuisine will not turn stale by the fire of envy.
