MALAYSIAN HAIKU/SENRYU ECHOES 521: KEEP
crossed shaped window wall
silhouette of two faces
set opposed in keep
straight view of ruined
meadow and skyline vista
choice of view to keep
mind or eyes that see
castle and construct crumble
nature, never spent
Note:
This is a weekly photo prompt by Sue Vincent, with the theme of KEEP, posted by her on 16th January, 2020. The first photo is belongs to Sue.
Do you see the cross with the background of your faith or do you see two opoosed faces? The straight view, or not too straight views? Your choice of diction and meaning of words?
I do see faces, and they remind me of the Moai statues on Easter Island
Yes, you see what the mind wishes to see.

Thank you Sue
I see the faces. Beautiful poetry!
If you focus more, you will see more. Is it the mind or eyes that really see? Some may see the cross only, other may see three figures holding in the ruined castle.
